Unbound  Part-time Office Administrator

As the Unbound Part-time Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that the office is logistically functioning. The office admin’s responsibilities are the following:

  • Ordering office supplies
  • Transferring samples or products to our storage unit
  • Book conference rooms and manage team meetings on Calendar
  • Ensure office desks are kept clean and organized
  • Manage office culture and events, for example keeping track of office birthdays
  • Onboarding and offboarding employees
  • Managing Zoho (cyber-security system)
  • Managing the Google Suite and Team Drives
  • Sending and delivering special mail
  • Scan bills and send to accounting
  • Sorting mail

The ideal candidate would meet the following requirements:

  • College major, recent graduate or relevant coursework in business or liberal arts
  • Strong written and verbal communications, outstanding organizational skills
  • Strict attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Office applications i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe
  • You have a ‘make it happen’ attitude – someone who is scrappy and creative
  • You live and breathe ‘accountability’ – say what you’ll do and do what you say
  • You’re fun, upbeat & positive – sure, we work hard, but we also make sure to have fun along the way!
